AGREEMENTS

In order to reserve Lena Zeykatz Photography for a wedding date, the bride and groom must sign this Wedding Photography Agreement and pay the non-refundable Deposit. By signing this Agreement, the bride and groom agrees to be legally obligated to all the terms herein.

Important points:

In order for Lena Zeykatz Photography to properly photograph your wedding, Lena Zeykatz Photography requires a final consultation at your venue at least two weeks prior to your wedding to review the wedding day schedule and final details.

In order for Lena Zeykatz Photography to complete your wedding photographs in a timely manner, it is absolutely necessary that everyone be ready at their prearranged times. This includes having travel arrangements made, having the church or temple open, and your flowers ready and available for your portrait time. Please be conservative with time when scheduling your wedding day activities.

To ensure the quality of photographs, guests with cameras should refrain from using flashes during the ceremony and should not attempt to take photographs during the time of formal photographs. It shall be the client's responsibility to inform guests of the above restrictions and to enforce such restrictions.

By signing this Agreement all parties agree to and acknowledge the style of photography performed by Lena Zeykatz Photography. No refunds shall be made for services and goods provided based upon the client's dissatisfaction with such style of photography. The clients acknowledge and agree that the style of photography provided hereunder is artistic, candid, and documentary with minimal posed portraits.

MODEL RELEASE. All digital images and other digital material shall remain the exclusive copyrighted property of Lena Zeykatz Photography. It is hereby expressly agreed that Lena Zeykatz Photography shall have the exclusive right to use such images or other material for display, publication, in any format or media that currently or may eventually exist, competition or other purposes as determined in the sole discretion of Lena Zeykatz Photography.

Attention! The customer can use the pictures on your own, but without the changes (do not remove the copyright to the photo, do not change the color and tone at their discretion), as well as with mandatory indication of the author (photo by Lena Zeykatz)

Buy exclusive copyrighted = 150$. In this case, Lena Zeykatz Photography waives the right to put photos on social networks or any other resources, and on its website.

Attention! In its raw form the originals are not passed to the customer!

Professional printing: In agreement with the customer we can offer a professional photo printing: posters, portraits, portraits on canvas, albums.

This agreement constitutes an order for photography services. It’s is understood that any and all proofs, sample prints and negatives remain the property of Lena Zeykatz Photography. In order to reserve Lena Zeykatz Photography for a date photo shot, you must sign this Photography Agreement and pay the non-refundable Deposit. By signing this Agreement, you agrees to be legally obligated to all the terms herein.
